Description
Description: This line is a mutant sub-line of BW5147 which was derived from an AKR/J mouse lymphoma. The cells are resistant to 100µM thioguanine and 1mM ouabain. The cells can be used to produce T-cell hybrids.

Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 1-6×100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
