Description
Description: Derived by exposing C3H/10T1/2 clone 8 cells with 3-methylcholanthrene for 24 hours. Subsequently they lost the property of contact inhibition. Inoculation of 100,000 cells or more into syngenic mice has been reported to produce fibrosarcoma.
