Description
Description: Clone of C63/CRII-4 derived by fusion of primary umbilical cord blood cells with HTLV-1 producing line from adult T cell leukaemia lymphoma patient. Contain defective HTLV-1 genome. In presence of HIV cells fuse to form syncytia. The cells should be handled under laboratory containment level 2.
