Description: COR-L311 has been isolated from a 63 year-old male patient with extensive disease and relapse after 3 cycles of chemotherapy treatment with eroposide, colchicine, methotrexate and vincristine.

Growth Properties: Large Aggregates in suspension
Morphology: Large Aggegates in suspension
Growth Medium: RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Cells grow as large irregular aggregates consisting of large cells. These cells are very difficult to count accurately.
