Description
Description: The ED7 hybridoma secretes antibodies reactive against rat monocytes, macrophages and granulocytes. Two proteins of 160kDa and 95kDa are immunoprecipitated under reducing conditions. The antibody also recognises rat SIRP (personal communication).
