Description
Description: The antibody is directed against a molecule expressed on most sheep leukocytes, platelets and endothelium. Its molecular weight could not be determined but may be equivalent to sheep CD3. The molecule is down-regulated in activated and memory T cells.

Growth Medium: IDMEM + 2mM glutamine + 1% Hypoxanthine, Aminopterin, Thymidine (HAT) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) (may benefit from IL-6 in medium)
Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 3-9×100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
