Description
Description: Hs27 is one of a series of human foreskin fibroblast lines developed at NBL, California. The material was obtained from a normal new-born, and the cells possess the G6PD type A phenotype. Longevity studies carried out at NBL demonstrated that the cells can be propagated for 42 passages. There were no consistent aberrations in analysed cells. Ethnicity: Black.
