Description
Description: The antibody is directed against Bo CD2, the bovine equivalent of human CD2. It shows species cross-reactivity with goat.

Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 3-9×100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells may require mouse macrophage feeder cells upon resuscitation.
