Description
Description: Derived from the endometrium tissue from the uterus of a 21-28 day-old Sprague-Dawley rat. The cells carry vimentin, uvomorulin, proenkephalin, desmin and connexin 43 markers.

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:5 i.e. seeding at 2×10, 000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C. Doubling time 35 h.
