Description: SDM103T2 is a primary malignant pleural mesothelioma cell line established from a xenograft implantation of a tumour after chemotherapy.

Subculturing Procedure: Split subconfluent cultures (70-80%) 1:4 to 1:10 using 0.25% trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C. Suggested seeding density 1-4×10,000 cells/cm².
