Description: Derived from a 64 year old Caucasian female with lung adenocarcinoma (grade III). The line is tumourigenic in immunotolerant rats. HLA = Aw24, w32, w41, B27

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:4 i.e. seeding at 3-5×10, 000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
