Description
Description: SK-N-F1 has been obtained from a bone marrow metastasis of a male patient with neuroblastoma. The poorly differentiated and slow growing cells secrete different neuroblastoma specific peptides and synthesise choline acetyltransferase. Reactivity of anti-leukaemia-associated and anti-foetal brain-associated monoclonal antibodies could be shown. Epithelial-like and aggregate-forming populations.
