Description
Description: The cells produce a low level of CEA: 0.6ng/1,0,000 cells in 10 days. Cells are tumorigenic in nude mice. Established from a grade IV ulcerating tumour encircling the bowel of an 82 year old Caucasian female. HLA = A32, A33, B27, B35
