Description
Description: Mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) derived from the ULK1(+/-) ULK2(+/-) knockout mice. MEFs were isolated and cultured and immortalised with SV40 large T-antigen. This cell line can be used to study ULK1 dependent processes in autophagy.
