Description
Description: The antibody is directed against surface antigens found on 86% of rat thymocytes, 70% of peripheral T lymphocytes and macrophages. The antigen has a molecular weight of approximately 50kDa. W3/25 positive T cells have been identified as T helper cells.

Subculturing Procedure: Seed at 5×10,000 viable cells/ml. Subculture when cells reach 5×100,000-1×1,0,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days); 5% CO2; 37°C.
