Description
Description: Established from a fibrosarcoma induced by subcutaneous injection of methylcholanthrene in BALB/c mice. Highly sensitive after pre-treatment with actinomycin D to human cytotoxic monocytes, to tumour necrosis factor and to lymphotoxin. It provides convenient target cells for short-term (51) chromium release assays.
