Description: Subclone of the line WEHI 3D. Cells will not respond to G-CSF or GM-CSF to differentiate in a plaque assay.

Growth Medium: EMEM (EBSS) + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 3-5×100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
