Description
Description: Originally derived from normal human conjunctiva. The cells support the growth of influenza A-B virus, poliovirus 1, VSV (Indiana strain) and influenza. This cell line was found to be indistinguishable from HeLa by STR PCR DNA profiling. Therefore, the cell line should be considered as derived from HeLa. Ethnicity: Black.
