Description
Description: Sub-cloned from an azaguanine-resistant mutant of the Lou rat myeloma, S210. Cells are HAT sensitive. The cells secrete IgG kappa light chains. Y3.AG.1.2.3 can be used as a fusion partner for rat B cells to make rat-rat hybridomas.
