Description
Description: The immunisation protocol involved repeated intranasal infection and a single i.v. injection before fusion. The antibody binds murine IgG2a of “a” and “b” allotype Fc region. The isoallotype-specific Z34 IgA shows cross-reactivity with IgG2b (“b” allotype) of C57BL/6 origin but not of BALB/c origin. There is no cross-reaction with A/PR/8/34 influenza virus, DNP, NP, DNA or cytoskeletal proteins. Contains a CH2 domain.
