Description: BL-3 was established from a neoplastic lymph node of a 3 month old male calf. BVDV positive.

Growth Properties: Suspension
Morphology: Lymphoblast
Growth Medium: EMEM (EBSS) + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 20% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 5-9×100000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Cells should not be over diluted.
