Description
Description: Established from normal lung tissue of an adult female grey fox (Urocyon cinereoargenteus). The cells are susceptible to vesicular stomatitis, herpes simplex and vaccinia viruses.

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:3 i.e. seeding at 3-5×10, 000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
