Description: A spontaneous TK- mutant of mastocytoma P815.X2, resistant to BUdR. BUdR is necessary in the growth media to avoid revertants.

Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 3-9×100, 000 cells/ml; 8% CO2; 37°C.
