Description
Description: Clone of RAJI selected for adherence to glass or plastic. Fibroblast like cell line. RAJI ‘A’ was developed from the adherent sub-population of RAJI cells. Karyotype analysis demonstrated that RAJI ‘A’ contains typical human chromosomes and the modal total chromosome number (47-48) is the same as that of RAJI. RAJI ‘A’ is also identical to RAJI with respect to isoenzyme composition, susceptibility to EBV infection and inducibility of latent EBV. Ethnicity: Black.
