Description
Description: Established from a bone marrow biopsy of a 22-month-old male with disseminated neuroblastoma in 1972. The morphology varies with sub-population from cells with long processes through small, flattened, epithelioid cells. Dense cultures tend to form loosely adherent aggregates. They are multipotential with regard to neuronal enzyme expression and display a high capacity to convert tyrosine to dopamine.
