Description
Description: Derived from a tumour induced in an NZC mouse by irradiation, the cell line represents an early stage of B cell development characterised by high-density membrane immunoglobulin expression (IgGM, kappa) but no detectable immunoglobulin secretion.

Growth Medium: DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 0.05mM 2-Mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 5×10,000 to 2×100, 000 cells/ml; 5% CO2: 37°C.
